Mark races the #88J modified, sponsored by: Sponsored by QED Enterprise, Burkett Photography, JGA – Racing Engines, Andy’s Auto Repair and Performance, and Macy Metals. Crew is Randy Albright. Mark has raced the #8 modified in California. With that car, he split driving and crewing with his brother-in-law Tally.
From 1992-1994, Mark raced at the Merced, Hanford, Tulare tracks. In New Mexico, he raced at: Duke City Raceway from 1996-1999, as well as 2002-2003. Mark raced at Sandia Motor Speedway from 2000 to 2001, Hollywood Hills Speedway from 2004-2005, 2007 and Gallup in 2006.
"My wife got me into it and now can’t get me out of it. My main event wins at Hollywood Hills and the smiles on my families and supporters faces afterwards. Having my son Justin racing in quarter midgets after he was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis and finishing second every time he went out and the smile on his face after each race. Racing side by side with Richard Johnson for the last race of the 2007 season at Hollywood Hills, for the win and never touching, even if I did finish second."
