Loren started racing in 1971 and "retired" in 1980. He started racing at Speedway Park and ended at Albuquerque Raceway. He mostly raced street stocks throughout his career but also dabbled in other divisions. He won championships, mid season championships and many trophy dashes, heats and mains. He's the one that started the family racing tradition.
